Cops Raid the home of Kate McClure and Mark D' Amico who raised money for a Homeless Veteran

Bordentown, New Jersey authorities have executed a search warrant at the home of The Couple (Kate McClure and Mark D' Amico) who set up the GoFundMe Account for Homeless Veteran Johnny Bobbit which quickly raised over $400,000 dollars.

In the Video below the Investigators can be seen searching BMW with other stuff from their Home. The BMW was then loaded onto a flat bed truck outside the home and hauled away.


Respected Authorities issued the following statement on the Investigation:

"Due to the enormous public interest in this matter, I am confirming that a search warrant was executed early this morning by the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office and the Florence Township Police Department at the residence of Mark D'Amico and Katelyn McClure in connection with a criminal investigation into the Johnny Bobbitt matter, As of this time, there have been no charges filed. Further updates will be provided as circumstances warrant,"

The Couple is now being sued by the Homeless Veteran Johnny Bobbit, The Couple Attorney also tried to assert a Fifth Amendment right against self-incrimination for his clients. Last Week on TODAY Show hosted by Megyn Kelly, D'Amico said that there was $150,000 remaining. and Court records reveal that Mark D'Amico allegedly texted Johnny Bobbitt after the show that read:

"Yo, I say I get rid of my team of lawyers, you get rid of yours, and Kate and I write you a check. Seriously, They're gonna put it in a trust man. You're gonna end up with nothing."

The Judge of the case also ordered The Couple to be present at the next hearing of the case.
