This Morning The attorney for homeless veteran man Johnny Bobbitt, whose act of kindnesswent viral and led to a $400,000 fundraiser for helping him, said all of the cash raised in his client's name is gone. Attorney Chris Fallon said he found this out during a conference call with the attorney for Kate McClure and Mark D'Amico few moments ago in the morning

Multiple News Sources Tried to reach Kate McClure and Mark D'Amico to get a statement on this but no replies are coming from them. New Jersey Superior Court judge is expected to hold a hearing on this case on Wednesday.

Both McClure and D'Amico had been ordered to turn over the remaining amount by last Friday, but nothing came back. They were also ordered to provide a full accounting of the money within 10 days and guess what they're not even telling how it was spent.
