Aprilia Places High Hopes in RS GP26 for a Breakthrough MotoGP Season

Aprilia is entering the 2026 MotoGP season with great optimism as it unveils the RS GP26. The team sees this bike as its strongest contender yet and is confident it can compete at the front of every race. Aprilia has focused on refining the aerodynamics chassis electronics and V4 engine to create a machine that maximizes performance within current regulations.

Factory riders Marco Bezzecchi and Jorge Martín will lead Aprilia's charge. Bezzecchi enters the season with momentum from a strong previous year while Martín is determined to bounce back after a challenging season. The RS GP26 will also be ridden by Aprilia's satellite team including Raúl Fernández and Ai Ogura to provide additional data and help perfect the bike's setup.

Preseason testing in Malaysia will offer the first glimpse of the RS GP26's real potential and allow the team to make adjustments ahead of the first race. Aprilia hopes the combination of a refined bike and talented riders will allow it to challenge the top competitors consistently.
