John Cena fullfils his Grand Slam achievement on Monday Night RAW

Tonight’s WWE Raw saw John Cena challenge Dominik Mysterio for the Intercontinental Championship, after Mysterio interrupted him in the opening segment. The finish saw Cena roll out of a pinfall attempt and connect with an AA, pinning Mysterio to win the title to a big reaction from the hometown crowd at the TD Garden in Boston.

The championship win means that John Cena has finally completed WWE’s current form of the Grand Slam, after his World Tag Team Championship win alongside Shawn Michaels on January 29, 2007 saw the 17-time world champion earn the Triple Crown.
