MotoGP 2026 Launch Season Begins as Teams Reveal Their New Machines

The build up to the 2026 MotoGP championship has officially begun as teams start confirming their launch dates, setting the stage for fans to get their first look at the machines and liveries that will define the new season. The unveiling process begins with Prima Pramac Racing Yamaha, which will present its 2026 bike on 13 January in the historic city of Siena. This early launch signals the team’s intent to generate momentum ahead of winter testing and to showcase its refreshed identity as it continues its collaboration with Yamaha.

Soon after, Ducati Lenovo Team will hold its traditional winter event at Madonna di Campiglio on 19 January. This location has become part of the team’s identity, blending sport and alpine atmosphere while giving fans their first glance at the new Desmosedici GP26. Ducati enters the season with confidence and expectations, and its early launch ensures a strong presence in the preseason conversation.

Gresini Racing will follow with its own reveal on 31 January in Kuala Lumpur. The timing aligns with pre season activities in Malaysia and positions the team well for media attention ahead of the shakedown and the official Sepang test. The MotoGP community will then shift its focus to the official season launch event in Kuala Lumpur on 6 and 7 February, bringing all teams and riders together just weeks before the racing calendar begins.
