Williams Racing has revealed a striking new livery for its 2026 Formula One car, giving fans a direct role in deciding the look of the team’s pre season testing machine. Known as the FW48, the car will debut the fan voted design, called Flow State, during pre season testing at the Circuit de Barcelona Catalonia from January twenty six to January thirty.
Supporters from around the world were able to choose from six creative options, with over fifty four thousand votes coming in from one hundred sixty two countries. Flow State emerged as the clear winner, securing nearly one third of the total votes and becoming the design that will represent Williams Racing as it prepares for the new season.
The Flow State livery features bold navy blue lines against a clean white base, creating a sense of speed and aerodynamic flow that perfectly matches the technical innovations of the FW48. This design will be used exclusively during pre season testing, giving fans a first look at the car under the new regulations before the official race livery is unveiled.
Williams Team Principal James Vowles expressed his appreciation for the global fanbase, noting how important supporters are to the team’s journey into the twenty twenty six season. The fan chosen livery reflects the strong connection between the team and its followers, highlighting a shared excitement as the team begins preparations for the championship.
