Fans of Hell’s Paradise Jigokuraku can look forward to the second season of the anime which is set to premiere on January 11 2026. The series will continue to follow the journey of the skilled ninja Gabimaru and the executioner Sagiri as they confront new dangers and uncover the mysteries of the deadly island of Shinsenkyo.
Season 2 will cover the Lord Tensen and Hōrai arcs from the manga introducing powerful enemies and exploring deeper themes about life death and immortality. Studio MAPPA returns to animate the series with Kaori Makita directing and the original Japanese cast reprising their roles including Chiaki Kobayashi as Gabimaru and Yumiri Hanamori as Sagiri. New characters from the elite Yamada Asaemon executioner clan will be voiced by Ryōta Suzuki Koji Yusa Maaya Uchida and Sayaka Ōhara.
