John Cena is making a big move from the wrestling ring to the silver screen with his new Netflix comedy Little Brother. The film pairs Cena with Eric André in a story about a famous real estate agent whose life is turned upside down when his unpredictable little brother returns. The first look image released by Netflix shows Cena with his signature serious demeanor alongside André who brings a colorful and chaotic energy hinting at the comedic tone of the movie.
The cast also features Michelle Monaghan, Christopher Meloni, Ego Nwodim, Sherry Cola, Caleb Hearon, and Ben Ahlers. The screenplay is written by Jarrad Paul and Andrew Mogel and the movie is directed by Matt Spicer who previously directed Ingrid Goes West. Production took place in New Jersey and Netflix has announced a release in 2026.
