LCR Honda has announced that Pro Honda will serve as the new title sponsor for Diogo Moreira in the 2026 MotoGP season. Pro Honda is Honda’s own line of genuine oils and chemicals and the partnership will see Moreira compete under the Pro Honda LCR banner. This marks a major step in the team’s identity and highlights Honda’s commitment to supporting the Brazilian rider as he enters the premier class.
The sponsorship agreement comes after LCR Honda ended its long standing collaboration with Idemitsu. Diogo Moreira earned his place in MotoGP by winning the Moto2 World Championship in 2025 and his promotion has been highly anticipated. The new deal reflects the confidence Honda has in Moreira as a rising star and demonstrates a strong commitment to backing his first full season at the highest level of motorcycle racing.
LCR team principal Lucio Cecchinello emphasized the importance of performance and reliability that Pro Honda brings to the team. The brand will play a prominent role throughout the 2026 season providing support on and off the track. Moreira will join teammate Johann Zarco who continues under the Castrol Honda LCR sponsorship creating a strong lineup for the team.
