Rafael Espinal Appointed Head of New York Film and Entertainment Office


New York City Mayor Zohran Mamdani has appointed Rafael Espinal as the new Commissioner of the Mayor’s Office of Media and Entertainment Espinal will lead the city’s film office and oversee efforts to attract film television and commercial productions to New York City The appointment highlights the administration’s commitment to supporting the creative community and maintaining New York as a global hub for media and entertainment
