Anne Hathaway is set to star in the limited true crime series Fear Not which has been ordered by Paramount Plus. The series will feature six episodes and Hathaway will also serve as an executive producer. Fear Not is based on the real life story of Margy Palm who was kidnapped by serial killer Stephen Morin. The series is adapted from the Vanity Fair article Sympathy for the Devil and written by Bash Doran. Rather than focusing solely on violence the show will explore Palm's courage faith and the complex relationship that developed during her captivity and afterward. Paramount Plus has described Fear Not as a chilling and deeply human drama that highlights the perspective of its protagonist. Hathaway's involvement both on screen and behind the scenes has generated excitement and anticipation among viewers.
