Netflix surprised audiences during Super Bowl LX with the first teaser for The Adventures of Cliff Booth. The short trailer brought back Brad Pitt as the iconic stuntman from Quentin Tarantino’s Once Upon a Time in Hollywood. Fans were treated to glimpses of Booth in a variety of settings including a bar, a derby car, and behind the scenes on a movie set. The teaser mixes humor and action while showcasing the signature style of Tarantino’s writing paired with David Fincher’s direction.
The film marks a rare collaboration with Tarantino writing the script and Fincher directing. The teaser also hints at a 1970s Hollywood setting and introduces new characters played by Elizabeth Debicki and Yahya Abdul Mateen II. Leonardo DiCaprio’s Rick Dalton is not expected to return for this sequel.
While the teaser aired during the Super Bowl, it has not yet been officially released online. The Adventures of Cliff Booth is expected to premiere on Netflix later this year, making it one of the most anticipated film releases of 2026.
